Candidates to Appear at 52 Centers in CBT Mode Starting Monday

Bhagalpur: The 'All India Trade Test' (AITT), organized for trainees of Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), is set to begin on Monday. The district administration has geared up to ensure a secure and malpractice-free environment for this significant examination. To ensure the successful and transparent conduct of the exam, a total of 52 examination centers have been established across the district, where thousands of students will sit before computers to lay the foundation for their future.

Examination to be Held in CBT Mode

This year's examination is entirely based on modern technology. The exam is being conducted in 'Computer Based Test' (CBT) mode. Special technical arrangements have been made for the examination of practical subjects. Students will have to use computer screens to solve questions. The administration has ensured that high-speed internet connectivity and uninterrupted power supply are maintained at all 52 centers, so that no examinee faces technical hurdles.

Strict Instructions from the Administration

The district administration has issued strict instructions to prevent any kind of irregularities in the examination. CCTV monitoring has been made mandatory at the centers. A nodal officer has been appointed at each center to monitor activities moment-by-moment. Section 144 is likely to be imposed within a 100-meter radius of the exam centers, completely prohibiting the entry of unauthorized individuals.

Senior officials have directed all center superintendents to ensure that:

Checking of Examinees: Thorough frisking of students must be conducted before entry into the center. Mobile phones, smartwatches, or any form of electronic device are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

Maintaining Integrity: Only authorized personnel will be permitted inside the examination center. A warning has been issued for strict legal action against any use of unfair means.

Emergency Management: Arrangements for medical teams and first aid have been mandated at the centers.

Guidelines for Students

The administration has advised examinees to reach their centers at least one hour before the start of the examination. It is mandatory for students to bring their valid admit cards and a photo identity card. To avoid technical issues, students have been advised not to panic during the CBT process and to immediately inform the invigilator if there is any fault with the computer.

The organization of the All India Trade Test is a major step toward skill development in the district. For ITI trainees, this examination is not only necessary for their certifications but also paves the way for their careers. There is a mix of enthusiasm and mild stress among the students regarding the exam, but they are prepared to prove their competence amidst the administration's stringent arrangements.

The Bhagalpur district administration stated that their priority is to conduct the examination in a clean, fair, and peaceful manner. Police forces have also been deployed at all centers to ensure no lapse in security. The examination will commence with the first shift on Monday morning, marking the start of the assessment of the district's youth power across 52 centers.
