The rule of law in Bihar appears to be in peril today. The administration has forgotten that it is a servant of the people, not a ruler. We demand the identification of the guilty officers and personnel involved in the police brutality and strict legal action against them. Our struggle will continue until justice is delivered to the victims."
He further warned that if a government elected by the votes of the people suppresses the youth and students, it will be met with a fitting response on the streets. District President Mithilesh Kumar Chaudhary’s Ultimatum: "Tampering with Students' Futures Will Not Be Tolerated"
During the sit-in, Darbhanga Rural District President Mithilesh Kumar Chaudhary shed light in his address primarily on the severe crisis looming over the future of the youth and students. He stated that today, the youth and students of Bihar are already passing through deep mental stress due to unemployment, the dilapidated state of the education system, and administrative corruption. Mithilesh Kumar Chaudhary said, "The police rampage witnessed in Benipur today has made the future of students even more bleak. Students are the architects of our country and society. If their futures are put in jeopardy and conspiracies are hatched to ruin their careers by slapping fake cases on them, our organization will not sit quietly. We warn the administration to immediately withdraw all false cases registered against the students, otherwise, this agitation will take an aggressive turn from the entire Darbhanga district to the streets of Patna."
He further stated that the strategy adopted by those sitting in power to intimidate the youth instead of addressing education and employment will have to be paid for by them in the coming days.
