Lawyers Organise Free Legal Consultation Camp in Bhagalpur 25 People Receive Legal Advice in Murtuzachak; Sangharsh Committee Plans More Such Programmes

Bhagalpur : Lawyers organised a free legal consultation programme in Bhagalpur on Sunday to provide legal assistance and guidance to local residents. The programme was held in the Murtuzachak area, where around 25 people received legal advice regarding their individual concerns. Lawyers listened to the participants’ problems and explained the relevant legal provisions and possible courses of action.

The primary objective of the programme was to provide preliminary legal guidance to people who may face difficulties in accessing professional legal advice because of financial or other constraints. Participants raised questions concerning family disputes, property-related matters, documentation and other legal issues. After understanding each case, the lawyers explained the legal options available to the individuals.

25 People Receive Consultation

A total of 25 people attended the free legal consultation programme. Participants presented their concerns before the lawyers and sought guidance regarding possible solutions. For many attendees, the programme proved useful as it helped them understand what kind of legal action could be taken and which authorities or forums they might need to approach.

Lawyers advised participants not to take hasty steps in legal disputes and instead organise all relevant documents and facts related to their cases. They were also informed about the appropriate procedures to follow before the concerned court or competent authority whenever necessary.

Helpful Initiative for Economically Weaker Sections

According to the organisers, many people are unable to seek timely legal advice because of a lack of awareness or financial difficulties. Free legal consultation camps can play an important role in providing initial guidance to such individuals.

Participants were given general information about their legal rights and available remedies. Lawyers also explained that disputes should be addressed through lawful procedures and appropriate legal channels.

Sangharsh Committee Plans More Programmes

Mukesh Kumar Thakur of the Sangharsh Committee said that similar free legal consultation programmes would be organised in the future as well. He stressed that it is important for people to be aware of their legal rights and the procedures available to them.

He said efforts would be made to reach more people through future programmes so that those in need can receive preliminary guidance from legal professionals regarding their problems.

Residents Appreciate the Initiative

People who attended the programme appreciated the initiative taken by the lawyers. They said that legal procedures can often be complicated for ordinary citizens. Direct access to legal professionals helps people better understand their problems and determine the appropriate way forward.

Residents also expressed the need for such programmes to be organised regularly so that more people can benefit from free legal guidance.

Focus on Legal Awareness

The organisers said that increasing legal awareness is important for society. People should be aware not only of their rights but also of their legal responsibilities. Timely and proper legal advice can help resolve many disputes through appropriate procedures.
