Bhagalpur/Bihpur: With the aim of accelerating civic participation and administrative functions in the state, the Bihar government has reconstituted the 'District Citizen Council' at the district level. In this significant reshuffle, Prof. Gautam, an educationist and resident of Sonvarsa in the Bihpur block of Bhagalpur district, has been appointed as the Vice-President of the Bhagalpur District Citizen Council. The official notification regarding his appointment has been issued by the State Secretariat in Patna.
