In this significant reshuffle, Prof. Gautam, an educationist and resident of Sonvarsa in the Bihpur block of Bhagalpur district, has been appointed as the Vice-President of the Bhagalpur District Citizen Council. The official notification regarding his appointment has been issued by the State Secretariat in Patna.
