Shraddha Pandey, a resident of Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh, has brought immense pride to her home district and state by securing Rank 1 across Bihar in the 70th Combined Competitive Examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Shraddha topped the prestigious exam by scoring 593 marks. She is currently serving as an Assistant Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh and is now all set to join the Bihar Administrative Service as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).

Family Background and Education
Shraddha Pandey hails from a humble family in the Pachras Ward of Raniganj Tehsil in the Pratapgarh district. Her father, Santosh Pandey, is a practicing advocate at the Raniganj Tehsil court as well as a farmer. Shraddha is the eldest among three siblings.
She completed her early schooling at local institutions in Raniganj. Following this, she graduated in 2021 with a degree in History and English Literature from Swami Karpatri Ji Maharaj Government Degree College.
UPPSC in First Attempt, Now BPSC Topper
Demonstrating exceptional academic caliber, Shraddha cleared the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) exam in her very first attempt shortly after completing her graduation. She is currently posted as an Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Tax) under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Balancing her administrative duties, she continued her preparation and has now achieved historic success in the BPSC examination.
