Muzaffarpur: The grand concluding ceremony of the 21-day 'Chak Dhoom-Dhoom' summer camp, organized to hone the creativity and hidden talents of children, was held in Muzaffarpur. The program was formally inaugurated by the District Programme Officer (DPO) and other senior officials of the Education Department by collectively lighting a lamp.
