FIR Registered Against Tej Pratap Yadav for Trespassing and Intimidation; Details Inside

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA and former Bihar minister Tej Pratap Yadav is embroiled in a fresh legal controversy. Following an intervention by the Patna Civil Court, an FIR has been registered against Tej Pratap Yadav and his associate, Motilal Yadav, at the Patliputra Police Station based on a complaint filed by student leader Akash Yadav.

 "Forced Entry and Threats"

According to the complaint lodged by Akash Yadav (brother of Anushka Yadav):

The Incident: On June 6, Tej Pratap Yadav, along with his PA Motilal, allegedly forced his way into Akash Yadav's residence in Patliputra.

The Motive: The complainant alleges that Tej Pratap barged in to forcibly meet Anushka Yadav’s daughter, Ujjaini.

Allegations of Intimidation: Akash claims that when his elderly mother and sister protested, a ruckus was created. Furthermore, Akash alleged that he received telephonic threats warning that the child would be abducted if they attempted to stop Tej Pratap from meeting her.

 FIR Registered Following Court Intervention

Akash Yadav had initially approached the Patliputra police on June 10. However, after alleging police inaction, he moved the Patna Civil Court on June 17.

Following the court's directives, the police have officially registered the case and initiated an investigation.

 Tej Pratap Yadav Hits Back

Responding to the development, Tej Pratap Yadav took to social media to deny all allegations:

Allegations Denied: He termed the charges completely false, fabricated, and a calculated conspiracy to malign his political and social reputation.

Counter-Claim: Tej Pratap asserted that he had already served a legal notice to Akash Yadav prior to this for his indecent behavior, and this case is merely a retaliatory counter-blast out of fear.

The Patna police have officially logged the FIR and are currently gathering evidence and recording statements from both sides as per judicial guidelines.
