Bihar B.Ed CET Result 2026 Released: Check Your Scorecard Now at biharcetbed-brabu.in
PATNA/MUZAFFARPUR: There is great news for lakhs of students waiting for admission into the two-year B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri courses in Bihar. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU), Muzaffarpur—the nodal university appointed by the Raj Bhavan for this year—has officially declared the Bihar B.Ed Common Entrance Test (CET-BEd 2026) result today, June 19, 2026.
Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can now check and download their rank and scorecard directly by visiting the official website: biharcetbed-brabu.in.
1.23 Lakh Students Appeared in the Exam on June 7
The entrance exam was successfully conducted on June 7, 2026, across hundreds of centers in 10 major cities of the state. To ensure a completely transparent and malpractice-free environment, high-tech jammers were installed at all examination centers. This year, more than 1.23 lakh candidates competed for seats in government and private colleges across the state.
Category-wise Qualifying Marks
The examination was conducted for a total of 120 marks, with no negative marking. The minimum qualifying marks required to pass the exam are as follows:
General (Unreserved) Category: A minimum of 35% marks (at least 42 marks) is mandatory.
Reserved Categories (SC, ST, BC, EBC, WBC, EWS, and Divyang): A minimum of 30% marks (at least 36 marks) is mandatory.
Note: These are only the minimum qualifying marks. Admission to government and top-tier colleges will purely depend on the high cut-offs and the candidate's final state rank. This year, admissions will be granted across 37,250 seats in approximately 325+ colleges affiliated with 15 universities in Bihar.

Go to the only official website for this year's exam: biharcetbed-brabu.in.
2.Click on the Result Link:Step 2.
On the homepage, click on the active link that says 'Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 Result' or click on the 'Login' button.
3.Enter Login Credentials:Step 3.
Enter your Application Number (Registration Number) and the Password created during form submission, then click 'Submit'.
4.Save Your Scorecard:Step 4.
Your result and rank will be displayed on the screen. Download the PDF and take a printout, as it will be required during the counseling process.

Following the announcement of the results, the online counseling process for seat allotment in various B.Ed colleges will commence shortly:
Last Week of June: Online registration for counseling and college choice filling will begin, allowing students to lock in their preferred colleges.
July 2026: The first and second seat allotment lists will be officially released.
August 2026: After completing all rounds of counseling and physical document verification, the classes for the new academic session (2026-28) will commence.
