Bhagalpur: The main road from Station Chowk to Ganguly School, often called the heart of the city, has become synonymous with severe traffic congestion these days. The situation is so dire that commuters are taking hours to cover a distance that should take only a few minutes. Unchecked encroachment along the roadside and illegal, disorganized parking have broken the backbone of the traffic management system, leading to soaring public outrage.
