Case Linked to Land Dispute
Police stated that the incident stemmed from a long-running dispute over the ownership and possession of a piece of land in Athar village.

A special police team was formed to carry out the arrests. Acting on specific information, officers conducted a raid in Athar village and successfully apprehended all three accused.

Administration Urges Peaceful Resolution of Land Disputes
The district administration noted that land disputes remain one of the leading causes of conflict in the region.
Authorities have appealed to residents to resolve property-related disagreements through legal channels, revenue authorities, and the courts rather than resorting to violence or confrontation.

Once a court issues an arrest warrant, police are legally obligated to execute it and produce the accused before the appropriate judicial authority, after which further proceedings continue in accordance with the law.

Experts observed that while social service and public activism are valuable, they do not exempt anyone from legal accountability. Every individual is expected to comply with the law and judicial processes equally.
