Tej Pratap Yadav Issues Legal Notice to Akash Yadav
The Core Dispute: National Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tej Pratap Yadav (the elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav) was initially upset with RJD State President Jagdanand Singh for removing his close aide, Akash Yadav, from the post of Chhatra RJD President. Legal Notice and Statement: Tej Pratap Yadav sent a legal notice to Akash Yadav and shared its copy on social media, writing: "No one should make the mistake of mistaking my humility for my weakness."
Police Complaint: In response, Akash Yadav filed a complaint against Tej Pratap Yadav and some of his associates at the Patliputra police station in Patna, alleging mental harassment and threats. Shortly after this dispute, Akash Yadav joined the Lok Janshakti Party (Paras faction).

He explicitly warned that his politeness should not be misconstrued as a vulnerability.
Akash Yadav’s Complaint at Patliputra Police Station Following the legal notice, Akash Yadav moved the Patliputra police station in Patna. In his written complaint to the police, Akash Yadav alleged that he is being subjected to mental harassment and is receiving threats from certain individuals. He has requested police protection and demanded appropriate legal action in the matter.
Notably, the entire controversy began when RJD State President Jagdanand Singh removed Akash Yadav from the post of Chhatra RJD President and appointed Gagan Kumar in his place. This move had initially prompted Tej Pratap Yadav to rebel against Jagdanand Singh. However, the political equations shifted soon after, resulting in a direct legal feud between Tej Pratap and Akash Yadav. The police are currently investigating the matter.
