Former Bihar Minister and JJD President Tej Pratap Yadav filed a written complaint at the Secretariat Police Station in Patna on Friday. He has named former Chhatra RJD President Akash Yadav (brother of Anushka Yadav) and 7 others in the complaint.

Conspiracy to Assassinate: Tej Pratap Yadav has claimed that Akash Yadav and others are conspiring to assassinate him. He has termed it a deep-rooted political conspiracy.

Forcible Entry into Residence: Tej Pratap alleges that four unidentified individuals forcibly entered his home recently. He claims that by the time his associates tried to apprehend them, they managed to flee the scene.

Demand for Protection: Citing a threat to his life, he has demanded immediate security from the administration and has also approached the court for legal recourse.

The other aspect of this entire dispute is that Akash Yadav had previously filed an FIR against Tej Pratap Yadav and his associate Motilal Yadav at the Pataliputra Police Station. Akash's allegations are as follows:

Incident on June 6: Akash claims that while he was on a pilgrimage to Khatu Shyam, Tej Pratap and his associate Motilal Yadav attempted to forcibly enter his home and threatened his family with death.

Threat Calls: Akash has also alleged that he has been receiving death threats from unknown numbers, including mentions of an international (US-based) number and the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
