The MLA instructed the teachers not to limit themselves to just completing the syllabus but to focus on the holistic development of the students. He stated that quality in education is achieved only when there is constant dialogue between teachers and parents. He suggested organizing regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) in the school so that students' problems can be identified and resolved in a timely manner.
