Standing firm on their legitimate demands, the workers are completely unwavering in their decision, stating clearly that they will not return to work until their hard-earned money is credited to their bank accounts. Due to this prolonged strike, the sanitation system across the entire Nagar Panchayat area has completely collapsed, making life miserable for local residents, shopkeepers, and general citizens passing through this route.

Salaries Overdue for Three Months: The sanitation workers allege that they have not received a single rupee as honorarium or salary from the department for over three months. In times of festivals and soaring inflation, sustaining their families without pay has become impossible.
