PATNA: The monsoon has become fully active in Bihar once again. According to the latest bulletin issued by the Meteorological Centre, Patna, the 'cyclonic circulation' formed over eastern Uttar Pradesh and its adjoining areas is significantly impacting Bihar's weather. Due to this atmospheric phenomenon, rainfall activities have intensified across most parts of North Bihar, providing much-needed relief to the public from humid and sultry weather conditions.

According to the Meteorological Department, a cyclonic circulation currently persists over eastern Uttar Pradesh and neighboring regions of Bihar. Under its influence, moisture-laden winds from the Bay of Bengal are flowing into the plains of Bihar. Consequently, North Bihar has been experiencing intermittent rain for the past 24 hours.
