The Muzaffarpur police have arrested Nishant Kumar alias KP, who had been absconding for a long time and was listed among the district's most wanted and notorious top-10 criminals. This astute criminal who has been arrested is a resident of Daha Chhapra village under the Sahebganj police station area, and the tightening of the police grip on him has caused a stir among other criminals in the area.
