Wind speeds are expected to reach 30 to 40 km/h, which could result in broken tree branches, disruptions to electricity supply, and minor damage to weak structures in vulnerable areas.

The weather department has also predicted light to moderate rainfall at one or two places in north-western, north-central, north-eastern, south-western, and south-central Bihar on July 3.
In addition, several locations in the south-eastern districts of Jamui, Munger, Banka, Khagaria, and Bhagalpur are also likely to receive rainfall.
