Places of Safety: 5 places of safety have been established in the state for juveniles involved in serious offenses.

To execute this entire scheme transparently and smoothly, vehicle acquisition will be carried out through registered private sector agencies:
Monthly Cost Per Vehicle: According to the provisions established by the department, one four-wheeler vehicle will be made available 24x7 for each home through an outsourcing agency. A rate of 75,000 rupees per month per vehicle has been fixed for this.
Inclusive Remuneration and Rent: Both the vehicle rent and the driver's remuneration are included within this prescribed amount, preventing any administrative obstacles in paying the agency and maintaining operations.
Emergency Utilization: This vehicle will remain entirely under the control of the respective home's superintendent, ensuring immediate deployment during night hours or any medical emergency.
