 The ongoing controversy involving JJD chief Tej Pratap Yadav, Anushka Yadav, and her brother Akash Yadav has escalated significantly. Speaking to the news agency PTI, Anushka's brother, Akash Yadav, made direct and serious allegations against the Laloo Prasad Yadav family, stating that the Laloo family would be held completely responsible if any untoward incident happens to him or his family members.

Allegations Against Laloo Family: Akash Yadav stated, "If anything goes wrong with me, my sister, or any member of my family, the entire Laloo family will be held directly responsible."

Demand for Distancing: He appealed through the media, saying, "Our only demand is that the Laloo family cuts all ties with us and stays away. We just want to be allowed to live in peace."

Police Action Initiated: Prior to this statement, cross-complaints and FIRs had already been registered by both sides at Patna's Pataliputra and Sachivalaya police stations.

Allegations by Akash Yadav: Akash Yadav had previously alleged that Tej Pratap Yadav, along with some supporters, attempted to forcefully trespass into his house and intimidated his family. Following this incident, Akash claimed to have received threatening calls from an international number invoking a notorious gangster, leading him to file a police complaint.

Tej Pratap Yadav’s Counter-FIR: Conversely, Tej Pratap Yadav filed an FIR at the Sachivalaya police station, levelling severe counter-charges. He alleged that Akash Yadav, Anushka Yadav, and a few others were orchestrating a conspiracy to assassinate him and his father, Laloo Prasad Yadav. Following these claims, Tej Pratap requested Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary to upgrade his security cover.
