Investigation Initiated into Allegations Against J.P. College Principal; Three-Member Team Records Statements
Narayanpur: Principal Prof. Imran Khan of J.P. College, located in Narayanpur, Bhagalpur district, is currently at the center of a controversy. Following serious allegations leveled by a student organization and alleged "objectionable remarks" made by him in a viral video, the university administration has taken a firm stance. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, a three-member investigation team visited the college on Saturday to conduct a detailed inquiry.
For the past few days, a video has been circulating rapidly on social media in which Principal Prof. Imran Khan is allegedly heard using inappropriate language. The emergence of this video sparked widespread outrage among student organizations. Student leaders not only accused the principal of making indecent remarks but also raised serious questions regarding his administrative practices and the manner in which the college is being operated. The matter subsequently reached the university headquarters, leading to the ordering of a formal investigation.
Strict Stance of the Investigation Team
The three-member investigation team constituted by the university arrived at the college campus on Saturday afternoon. The team first met with representatives of the student organization and requested evidence regarding the viral video and other complaints. Thereafter, the team summoned Principal Prof. Imran Khan and questioned him directly about the statements made in the viral video.
According to sources, the investigation team spoke not only to the principal but also held individual discussions with the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. The team primarily focused their inquiry on the following points:

During the questioning, Principal Prof. Imran Khan categorically denied the allegations against him. Presenting his side to the team, he claimed that this is a "well-planned conspiracy" against him and argued that the video was presented out of context. Registrar Seeks Clarification
Following the return of the investigation team, the university Registrar has taken cognizance of the matter. According to official sources, the university has issued a letter to the principal, seeking a detailed explanation regarding all these complaints. The Registrar has stated in strict terms that any violation of decorum in academic institutions will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

After the departure of the investigation team, student leaders warned that if appropriate action is not taken against the principal, they will intensify their protest.
