The minister emphasized that the BJP is not merely an election-winning party but an organization built on ideology, principles, and dedicated service. He said that every party worker has the responsibility to connect with the people and spread awareness about the government's developmental achievements and welfare schemes. According to him, both the Central and Bihar governments are committed to the welfare of the poor, farmers, women, youth, and marginalized communities, and it is the duty of party workers to ensure that these benefits reach every eligible citizen.

Highlighting the importance of a strong organizational structure, Raushan said that the BJP's greatest strength lies in its disciplined cadre and dedicated grassroots workers. Leaders also encouraged workers to make effective use of social media platforms to communicate the achievements of the Central and State governments and the party's policies to the public.

The conference also focused extensively on preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections. Party leaders urged workers to begin election-related activities immediately by conducting door-to-door outreach, strengthening booth committees, verifying voter lists, enrolling new voters, and maintaining regular contact with beneficiaries of government welfare schemes.

Addressing the workers, the speakers reiterated that the BJP's greatest asset is its disciplined organization and committed workforce. They advised party workers to remain accessible to the public, listen to people's concerns, and actively work toward resolving their problems. According to them, public trust can only be maintained through continuous service, dedication, and meaningful engagement with society.
