Counseling Process for Guest Teachers Speeds Up at TMBU Guest House Over 60 Teachers Get Documents Verified on Day One, Multiple Committees Formed
Bhagalpur/Special Correspondent: Recruitment and document verification activities are currently in full swing within the administrative and academic corridors of Tilka Manbh Bhagalpur University (TMBU). The counseling process for guest/part-time teachers recommended and appointed by the Bihar State University Service Commission (BSUSC) commenced smoothly and under strict administrative oversight at the university guest house on Saturday. Over 60 teachers from various disciplines arrived on the very first day to have their original certificates verified. To complete this entire procedure in a transparent and time-bound manner, the university administration has formed several special committees.
Counseling Procedure and Administrative Preparations
Long queues of newly appointed teachers were witnessed right from the morning on the university guest house premises. The university has made robust arrangements for the meticulous scrutiny of documents submitted by candidates arriving from distant districts and other states.
Formation of Multiple Committees: To make the counseling work prompt and error-free, several special committees have been constituted for the verification of different subjects and documents. Senior professors and administrative officers have been included in each committee.
Detailed Document Examination: Academic certificates, undergraduate, postgraduate, NET, and Ph.D. degrees, mark sheets, reservation roster papers, and identification documents of the candidates are being closely inspected to prevent any administrative hurdles in the future.
Over 60 Teachers Undergo Counseling on Day One
During this first-phase campaign conducted on Saturday, over 60 teachers from various departments registered their presence and completed the counseling process. According to information received from university officials, the opening-day session was quite successful, with document verification for most candidates completed within the scheduled timeframe.
For teachers who could not attend on the first day or Saturday for any reason, or whose process remains pending, the procedure will continue systematically in the coming days to ensure the verification of all selected teachers is completed as soon as possible.
Teaching Standards Will Be Strengthened and Colleges Will Get Teachers
Academic experts believe that these appointments and counseling sessions being conducted through the Bihar State University Service Commission will alleviate the shortage of teachers across various constituent and affiliated colleges under Bhagalpur University. The teaching and learning system, which has long been impacted by a shortage of faculty, will return to track following the deployment of these guest teachers.
The university administration has clarified that immediately upon the completion of the counseling process, all successful and verified teachers will be posted to their respective colleges for teaching duties, safeguarding student interests and improving the standard of higher education.
