Big Relief for Khan Sir as Patna Court Extends Protection from Arrest

 In a major legal relief for the highly popular educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, widely known as 'Khan Sir', the Patna District and Sessions Court has once again extended his interim protection. Reviewing his anticipatory bail plea regarding the violent clash and firing incident outside his coaching institute, the court ordered that the interim stay on his arrest will remain effective until the next hearing.

During the court proceedings on Saturday, the Patna Police submitted the updated case diary as previously directed by the court.

 Background of the Dispute

The Cause: On the night of June 2, a violent dispute erupted in Patna's Musallahpur Hat between 'Khan Global Studies' and 'Gyan Bindu GS Academy' over claiming credit for the Bihar Police Constable recruitment exam results.

The Firing and FIR: It is alleged that during the altercation, two private guards assigned to Khan Sir opened fire in the air. The complainants alleged that the firing took place on Khan Sir's instructions, leading the Kadamkuan police to name him as an accused in the FIR. He faces charges under the Arms Act and Attempt to Murder.

 Status of Co-Accused

 Roushan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu Academy and the key figure from the opposing faction, was previously arrested by the police but has since been granted bail by the court. Meanwhile, tension between the two groups has escalated following the suspicious death of Roushan Anand's brother in Nepal.
