Growing Unrest in the Diyara Region
In Diyara regions like Govindpur, a lack of administrative proactiveness in resolving mutual disputes is often felt. Villagers claim that if such disputes are resolved in a timely manner at the local level, such violent incidents could be prevented. The police have appealed to the villagers not to take the law into their own hands and to inform the police station immediately of any dispute.
Family Devastated by Grief
The relatives of the injured are inconsolable. They have demanded strict action against the culprits from the police administration. Other residents of the village mentioned that Chandradev Mandal was a man of a calm temperament, and this attack has left the entire village in shock.
Village Awaiting Justice
Local public representatives have also expressed concern over this sequence of events. The police claim that no culprit will be spared in the matter. Currently, the entire area is under police surveillance, and the investigation process is underway at a rapid pace. All eyes are now on the police's next course of action and the arrest of the absconding accused.
This incident once again forces society to be cautious about the growing mutual animosity and violence in rural areas. A full assessment of the severity of the attack will be possible only after the medical report from Mayaganj Hospital in Bhagalpur is received.
