Bihpur (Bhagalpur): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has ramped up its preparations to make the 135th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular radio program, ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ a grand and historic success. In line with this, an important review meeting of BJP leaders and workers was held in Bihpur, Bhagalpur district. Minister in the Government of Bihar and local MLA, Er. Shailendra, attended the meeting to personally oversee the roadmap and preparations for the program at the booth level.
Special Focus on Booth-Level Preparations: Minister Issues Directives
Addressing the gathering, Minister Shailendra gave clear instructions to party officials and booth presidents, emphasizing that ‘Mann Ki Baat’ should not be treated as a mere formality. He stressed that the party’s goal is to ensure maximum participation of the general public at every booth. To achieve this, he focused on the following key points:
Technical Arrangements: Adequate arrangements for radio and television sets must be made at every booth to ensure everyone can listen to the program comfortably.
Inclusive Participation: Door-to-door invitations should be extended to women, youth, farmers, and intellectuals to engage every section of society in the program.
Activation of Booth Committees: All 'Panna Pramukhs' (page in-charges) and booth presidents must take full responsibility for the successful conduct of the program in their respective areas.

Minister Shailendra stated that through ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi not only communicates directly with the citizens but also highlights the stories of unsung heroes who are bringing positive change to society. He noted that the program is not merely about showcasing government achievements, but rather a celebration of the public’s contribution to nation-building. He appealed to the party workers to act as a medium for conveying the Prime Minister’s inspirational messages to every village and household.

The local leadership expressed full confidence, claiming that the 135th episode in the Bihpur assembly constituency would be historic. Leaders reported that preparations at all 'Shakti Kendras' and booths are nearly complete, with significant enthusiasm observed among the public in rural areas regarding the upcoming episode.
The leaders assured that every booth in Bihpur would register 100% participation in the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ program, which will also demonstrate the organizational strength of the party in the region.
