According to the Cabinet's decision, a massive industrial and logistics network will be developed in Kaimur district adjacent to the Central Government's ambitious Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Expressway project:

Other Major Cabinet Decisions
Beyond land acquisition, the Cabinet meeting stamped its approval on several other citizen-centric and developmental decisions:
Helicopter Rides for ₹2100 (Heli-Tourism): To boost tourism in the state, the 'Mukhyamantri Heli-Tourism Service' was approved. Under this scheme, citizens can enjoy an aerial view of Patna’s skyline with a ticket costing just ₹2100. Relaxation on Land Sale in Satellite Townships: The government relaxed restrictions on the buying and selling of land in the 'Greenfield Satellite Townships' being built around 11 major cities in Bihar. Farmers can now sell their land under special circumstances, such as marriages or medical emergencies.

Assistance for Sindhu Darshan Yatra: Pilgrims from Bihar undertaking the 'Sindhu Darshan' pilgrimage in Ladakh will receive financial assistance covering 50% of their travel expenses or up to a maximum of ₹20,000 under the Financial Assistance Subsidy Scheme-2026.
