Block Headquarters (Block Office): The Block Development Officer will hoist the national flag at the block office premises precisely at 8:30 AM.
Nagar Parishad Office: Flag hoisting at the Sultanganj Nagar Parishad office will be conducted by the Chief Councillor or Executive Officer at 8:45 AM.
MGNREGA Office: The flag hoisting time at the MGNREGA office located within the block premises is scheduled for 9:00 AM.
Referral Hospital and Health Centre: Timings are also fixed for health-related institutions. The tricolour will be unfurled at the Community Health Centre / Referral Hospital by the In-charge Medical Officer at 9:15 AM.
Veterinary Hospital: Flag hoisting at the Sultanganj Veterinary Hospital will take place at 9:30 AM.
Biscomaun and Vyapar Mandal: Cooperative department institutions such as Biscomaun and Vyapar Mandal will complete their flag hoisting at 9:45 AM and 10:00 AM respectively.
