Attempted Theft at a Private School Teacher's Home and Sensational Incident
A shocking incident has created an atmosphere of terror and outrage in Darhar village under the Bahadurpur police station area of Darbhanga district. On Friday night, unidentified miscreants attempted a robbery at the home of a private school teacher, during which they carried out an extremely sensitive and inhumane act. Not only did the perpetrators steal the cash they found, but they also harassed a 16-year-old girl sleeping in the house and cut her hair. This incident has posed a major challenge for the local police administration.

According to the information received, when the teacher's entire family was fast asleep late Friday night, unidentified thieves entered the house by climbing over the back wall. The primary motive of the thieves was to steal valuables and cash. After entering the house, the miscreants rummaged through cupboards and boxes.
After an extensive search, the miscreants found only a meager amount of 1,000 rupees. It is believed that, frustrated by not finding a larger loot, the perpetrators targeted the teacher’s 16-year-old daughter who was sleeping inside. Along with threatening and intimidating her, they cut her hair. After committing this inhumane act, the miscreants fled the scene.
The Family's Ordeal and Terror
When the family woke up on Saturday morning and saw the house ransacked, they were stunned. Upon discovering the condition of their daughter, the entire family was in shock. The victimized teenager is currently in deep trauma following the incident. Upon learning of the event, local villagers gathered at the teacher’s house. There is immense anger in the village regarding this incident. FSL Team: A Forensic Science Laboratory team was called in to secure evidence and collect fingerprints. The team has collected crucial samples from inside the house, which could prove decisive in the investigation.
Technical Team: The local police’s technical team has also become active. Footage from CCTV cameras installed in the surrounding areas is being scrutinized to identify the miscreants.
Dog Squad: A dog squad is being utilized to trace the direction in which the suspects fled.
