Second Shift: 01:30 PM to 04:30 PM

Students are advised to arrive at their examination center at least half an hour before their scheduled shift.

Exam Preparation and Administrative Stance

The Controller of Examinations stated that the university's primary objective is to conduct the exams on time to adhere to the academic calendar. The administration has issued strict instructions to all Center Superintendents, emphasizing that no form of indiscipline or malpractice will be tolerated during the examinations.

Important Guidelines:

Malpractice-Free Exam: Videography and CCTV monitoring have been made mandatory at all examination centers.

Admit Card: No candidate will be allowed inside the center without a valid admit card. Students are urged to download their admit cards from the portal well in advance.

Prohibited Items: Carrying mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other electronic devices inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.

Information and Convenience for Students

Students appearing for the exams are advised to focus on their preparations. The examination schedule (Date Sheet) has been uploaded to the university's official website. Students can check their allotted center details according to their college code and name via the portal.

If a student faces any issues regarding center allotment or admit cards, they should immediately contact their respective college's examination department or the university helpdesk.

Administrative Vigilance: Formation of Flying Squads

To ensure a malpractice-free environment, 'Flying Squads' have been constituted at the university level. These teams will conduct surprise inspections at various centers. Letters have also been sent to the District Magistrate (DM) and Superintendent of Police (SP) offices, requesting the imposition of Section 144 around examination centers and the assurance of adequate security arrangements.

This undergraduate second-semester examination is crucial for the students' careers. This is the second phase under the 2025-29 session, and the university administration is striving to ensure that results are also declared on time.

The university administration has extended its best wishes to all candidates for a bright future and has appealed to them to strictly abide by the examination rules.
