35-Year-Old Woman Dies Tragically After Being Bitten by a Snake in Her Sleep; Four Children Left Motherless
Bakhri (Begusarai): A heart-wrenching incident occurred late Wednesday night in Sonma village, under the jurisdiction of the Bakhri police station in the Begusarai district, leaving the entire area in a state of shock. 35-year-old Sabita Devi was bitten by a venomous snake while sleeping in her home, leading to her death during treatment. Her untimely demise has plunged the family into deep grief and cast a pall of gloom over the entire village.
The Snake Struck in the Dead of Night
According to the information received, the incident took place late Wednesday night. Sabita Devi was sleeping in her room along with her family when a venomous snake bit her. In the silence of the night, the woman woke up feeling intense pain and restlessness. She immediately alerted her husband and other family members. The family rushed her to the hospital in a state of panic, but the venom had already spread rapidly through her body. Her condition deteriorated during the course of treatment, and she eventually succumbed to the bite.
Left Behind a Young Family
Sabita Devi’s death has cast a dark shadow over the future of her four children—three daughters and one son. Her husband is inconsolable. He shared that his wife was the backbone of their household, and her passing has left him deeply worried about the upbringing and future of their children.
