13-Year-Old Uncle Rapes 6-Year-Old Child on the Pretext of Feeding Guavas
Begusarai: A deeply shocking and inhuman incident has come to light in the Matihani police station area of Begusarai district, Bihar, tearing apart family relations and shaking the conscience of society. Here, a 13-year-old relative (paternal uncle) crossed all limits of brutality with an innocent six-year-old girl. The accused lured the child by offering to feed her guavas, took her to a secluded spot, and committed rape. After the incident, a traumatized and bleeding victim reached home and narrated the ordeal to her mother, sending shockwaves through the family. Acting on the mother's complaint, the police registered a case and initiated immediate action.
Lured into a Trap Under the Guise of Guavas
According to information received, the victimized girl was playing outside her house. At that very moment, a 13-year-old boy, who is related to her as an uncle, arrived there. Taking advantage of the child's naivety, he tempted her with the promise of guavas. Excited to get the fruit, the innocent girl followed him without a second thought.
The boy took her to a secluded and isolated place in the village where human movement was negligible. Upon reaching there, the accused teenager started forcing himself on the child. Despite the victim crying and screaming, the accused showed no mercy and subjected her to a heinous act of rape.
Reaching Home and Narrating the Ordeal in Tears
After executing the crime, the accused teenager fled the spot, leaving the child in a distressed condition. Groaning in pain and terrified, the child somehow reached her home. The mother was stunned to see the condition of her child and the bloodstains on her clothes. When the mother affectionately asked her the reason for crying, the little girl broke down and narrated the entire sequence of events.
Hearing the name of the accused and the horror of the incident from the child's mouth, the ground slipped beneath the feet of the family members. Within no time, the news spread like wildfire in the village, creating an atmosphere of rage among the locals.
Police Action and Medical Examination
Upon receiving information about the incident, the family members wasted no time in reaching the Matihani police station and lodging a named written complaint. Realizing the sensitivity of the case and the tender age of the victim, the Matihani police station immediately sprung into action.
FIR Registered: The police have registered a case under the stringent sections of the POCSO Act and rape.
Medical Examination: The child was immediately sent to Sadar Hospital, Begusarai for treatment and medical examination, where a team of doctors is monitoring her condition.
Legal Process: Since the accused is reported to be only 13 years of age, he has been detained and the legal process to present him before the Juvenile Justice Board has been initiated.."
