In celebration of the 30 glorious years since the establishment of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), a grand event was organized in the Darbhanga district. The program was held under the chairmanship of the District President, Uday Shankar Yadav. The event witnessed immense enthusiasm, with hundreds of party office-bearers, senior leaders, and dedicated workers gathered on a single platform.

On this occasion, not only was the party’s historical struggle commemorated, but a collective pledge was also taken to further strengthen the organization for the future.

Highlight of the Event: A Message of Unity

The program commenced with the hoisting of the party flag and the garlanding of portraits of great national figures by senior leaders. The presence of the District In-charge infused new energy into the workers. In his address, the District In-charge stated that the Rashtriya Janata Dal is not just a political party, but an ideology representing social justice and the dignity of the underprivileged. He called upon the workers to visit every village, listen to the grievances of the public, and connect them with the party’s mainstream agenda.

Uday Shankar Yadav's Call: "Organization is Strength"

Presiding over the event, Uday Shankar Yadav said, "In the last 30 years, the RJD has faced every difficult situation with resilience and has maintained the public’s trust. Today, we face new challenges, but our resolve remains unwavering." Praising the grassroots workers, he remarked that the party's true strength lies in its workers, who remain steadfast with their banners and flags even under adverse circumstances.

He directed the workers to take the party’s policies from social media down to the booth level, with a special emphasis on involving the youth.

Presence of Former MLAs and Political Discourse

Several former MLAs of the RJD also marked their presence at the event, sharing their experiences with the attendees. Recalling the struggles of the party's early days, they inspired the current generation of workers. The former MLAs emphasized that the party’s core mantra has always been the "upliftment of the poor and weaker sections." They discussed strategies to ensure the party's victory in upcoming local body elections and provided suggestions to strengthen the party's hold in the Darbhanga district.

Worker Enthusiasm: Resolutions and Challenges

Hundreds of workers who participated in the event pledged in one voice that they would make the party more aggressive and organizationally capable in the near future. Key points of discussion included:

Booth Management: Formation of strong teams at every booth.

Youth Power: Increasing activity within the party by assigning new responsibilities to the youth.

Social Justice and RJD Ideology

Throughout the ceremony, speakers repeatedly emphasized that the RJD’s 30-year journey has been one of complete commitment to social justice. In a culturally and politically aware district like Darbhanga, the party has deep roots, and this Foundation Day serves as a testament that the same old vigor remains among the workers today.

The program concluded with a collective pledge by all workers to follow the instructions of the top leadership and make the organization invincible in Darbhanga. The event ended with renewed energy and firm resolve, as everyone chanted slogans of "Jai Hind, Jai RJD," reaffirming their commitment.
