Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Sudhakar Singh has launched a direct onslaught against Bihar's powerful and senior IAS officer, Anand Kishore. He has leveled serious allegations against the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Chairman, accusing him of misuse of power, financial irregularities, and involvement in a massive tender scam. Major Questions Raised over BSEB's Functioning
During a press conference, MP Sudhakar Singh alleged that Anand Kishore has been deeply entrenched as the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board for several years, during which there has been a severe lack of transparency in the board's operations. He claimed that tenders worth crores of rupees—ranging from conducting examinations to publishing results and evaluation processes—were strategically awarded to favored companies.

Attacking Anand Kishore, the RJD MP stated:
"Keeping a single officer in the same lucrative position for such a long period raises several suspicions. Massive financial irregularities have occurred in the distribution of tenders within the BSEB. A high-level, independent investigation must be conducted to ensure the truth comes to light."
Political Stir Intensifies
Following Sudhakar Singh's sharp statement, Bihar's political temperature has soared. While the opposition is gearing up to corner the government on this issue, no official response has come from the ruling coalition so far. Anand Kishore is considered one of the most influential bureaucrats in Bihar; thus, a Member of Parliament directly accusing him of corruption could trigger significant trouble for the state government in the coming days.
